BTW, I forgot to update this thread. Kinda surprised no buddy thought of this. I reinstalled the Realtek Driver and everything has been working perfectly. So if anyone has this problem in the future try to uninstall your driver and reinstall it.

Looks like it was the OC of the 2200G. PC hasn't crashed sense and it passed the Stress test again. I'll probably just keep it stock as I really didn't need the OC for what I use it for.
