For fixing the radiator to the frame (if its not too late), you might try some of these M-Lok nuts, which would look a bit cleaner, and be easier to install, providing they fit in this gap.

Judging by the photos on their site it would be cutting it awfully close (looks like its as tall/taller than the wifi ports).
Even if it did fit, it would sit very close to the back panel potentially generating some whirring sounds. Also given the fan's...
EK sells their supremacy plates a la carte as well if you need a spare
these plates have jogs in the outer edge that might limit your cutting surface though. Velocity plates would probably work the best if you can get your hands on one

My RAM was also going to be too tall to work for this build so I was able to deshroud it using just a heat gun and some tweezers, and it comes in just under my max allowable height...
