lol, not trolling. My case had the same issue. It's caused by the screws sticking to the powder coat from being tightened too much. Sticking the case in the freezer makes the metal shrink, loosening the bond.

Try sticking the case in your freezer for an hour.

I've personally only tried two coolers; the Cryorig C7 and C7 Cu, and I can tell you the C7 Cu is definitely worth it if you compare my old and new thermal tests. The C7 Cu runs noticeably quieter since overall temps are cooler.

Yep, I learned from selling the prototype batch that including the power cable is a tricky deal since customers are all around the world and not everyone uses the same electrical plugs/sockets. It would be kinda nuts to stock volumes of power cables with the 15 different types of plugs used...
