Reddit user stand_up_g4m3r has designed and released a new SFF FlexATX case with low profile GPU support, and released the 3D printing files to the public. The case supports a stock AMD Wraith Spire cpu cooler, single slot low profile GPUs, ITX motherboards with full height RAM, one 2.5 inch SATA drive, and a flex-atx PSU Moreover, stand_up_g4m3r actually released a detailed video showing how he designed, manufactured, and built the case.
