ASRock has launched a new LGA1700 B660 MATX Motherboard called the B660M PG Riptide. MATX is a rarity these days, and it’s good to see ASRock putting out products for it. The board features a 15 power phase design with large heatsink block adorning them. Two M.2 slots are on the board, as well as a single PCIE 4.0 x 16 slot, and one PCIE 3.0 X1 slot. 2.5 gigabit ethernet is included for connectivity. DDR4 is support up to 5333MHz.
Pricing is not announced yet, but I expect to see it between $100 and $120 as the ASRock B660M Steel Legend currently sits at $129 on New Egg’s USA site. On a personal note, I feel like ASRock should partner with COAST soap for this board.
