Motherboard Z390 Phantom Gaming-ITX/ac PCIe 16x -> 2x 8x Riser Card?

If I understand right the Z390 Phantom Gaming-ITX/ac allows to splitt the one PCIe slots with a Rise Cable to two or eventually even 3 PCIe connectors.

Wich means

16x -> 8x + 8x

or

16x -> 8x + 4x + 4x

Read in specs:

In the Mnaual in the BIOS Section it says even:
Riser Card Support:
-Riser Card:Enable x8/x8 to x8/x8
-Enable x8/x4/x4 to x8/x4/x4
-Disable to x16

So from this I guess I am right.

If so where can I get a riser card like this?
