Prototype X-Nuclear Triad Project Part 1: X-ICMBs

X-Nuclear Triad project is a ambitious project in SF world, include three part:
1. X-ICMBs : LegoFab V3 Structure, a powerful, flexible structure, can be used to fabricate almost any kind of cases.
2. X-SLBMs : Mini Hybrid cooling solution, bring a extremely high cooling performance in small shape.
3. X-SBs : Tiny PSU solution, a solid-state 400-600W PSU in single slot low profile PCIE card shape, a new chapter for PC's PSU.
In this thread I would like to introduce Part 1 X-ICMB, LegoFab V3 Structure, a powerful, flexible structure, can be used to fabricate almost any kind of cases. and a first prototype ATX-C Peacekeeper: 8.5L ATX case with 4 PICE slot, Flex ATX PSU, expandable.

So What is LegoFab?
In Version 1, LegoFab is just a simple method to connect flat metal sheet, use metal sheet only.
It's a good solution but there are some problems:
-Need thick metal sheet.
-Middle point of each sheet is easy to be bend.
-Some connection points are visible.
-Many screws are visible.
Until now, version 3 is appeared, is mix with bending method, solve almost problem of V1:
-Stronger, flexible (can easy select size), can be used for slide model.
-Simple, beautiful, low weight (Screws 5 side can be invisible).
-Can be fabricated by CNC.

Benefit of LegoFab V3 and main idea of X-ICBM project:
-Any cases are made from 5-10 same shape parts.
-Users can design any case with almost any layout that they want, use our software name "X-Creator suit" (Special made for LegoFab and Unibody Structure- on developing), thousand models will be available in library.
-Frame Material can be Steel, Aluminium, or Stainless steel.
-Part can be fabricate by bending method as the prototype or Cast/CNC.
-User can order each part of cases (To change the model or extend size without order new one).
-Many type of vent holes and side shape (example : X-Statan model).
-Price range from low to ultra premium depend on options selected.
-Other Designer can use this structure and "X-Creator suit" software to develop their cases model, we can conduct fabrication.

Note: If we start this project people who interest can select any model in the library, first time about 10 kind of cases with are launched. Prototype of some popular type will come soon.

As schedule, we are going to build our workshop, web site next Spring, but it was delay a bit, he still stay at home so he decided to make a prototype and show some test results, just for information so you can see the designs are working well, not only idea or simulation.
Our resources are now limited, so that is the good thing we can do.
We are going to share drive, but not public now.
