Will EVGA RTX 2080 FTW3 ULTRA HYBRID GAMING fit in Ghost S1?

Hi, I am looking into 2080 hybrid products to fit in Ghost S1..

Will EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 FTW3 ULTRA HYBRID GAMING https://www.evga.com/products/product.aspx?pn=08G-P4-2284-KR fit S1? The dimension is specified as below:

Dimensions

• Height: 5.48in - 139.3mm
  
  
• Length: 11.45in - 290.83mm
  
  
• Width: Dual Slot
  

By looking at the dimension, it looks to barely fit, but I am not too sure about the space required for the tubes and etc, so I wonder if anyone has experience with it.

Also, another option seems to be MSI sea hawk. Any recommendation between EVGA hybrid and MSI sea hawk will be much appreciated.
