Hi guys!
I was just wondering what the best pico-psu style power supply that has a pcie output and can power an i7 7700 + 1060 and not much else? Total wattage should be roughly 250 watts ABSOLUTE MAX.
Thanks a bunch!

I haven't seen much of any reviews of any pico style PSUs, but the G-Unique one that's coming out seems to be the only one that's advertising anything over 200W, and it only does that because it only accepts 12VDC (and thus bypasses having to convert that voltage and, thus have equipment and heat dissipation for it).

If you can do without the PSU on the power socket, HDPlex offerings are solid.

It was originally supposed to be fine at 200W constant, but it lowered to 160W sustained, 200W peak. I've been told that it should be good for 200W, but 200W is still far less than 250W.

Edit: See HDPlex AC-DC and DC-DC combo

Ok, the 160W rating is a bit conservative. They've tested it at 180W continuous with no issues but 200W continuous is questionable even with good airflow, so do at your own risk. So the 200W he quoted me earlier was a bit optimistic.

non-K i7 + 1060 shouldn't peak above 200w though.
