GPU What are the thermals on LP/ Mini GPUs?

I'm kinda curious how hot these smaller cards run like the Low Profile RX 460/GTX 1050.

I'm using a Sapphire Nitro RX 460 (4GB) and this thing has a pretty big heatsink and it's a pretty big RX 460 I think,

But what about the low profile or mini equivalents? They have much smaller cooling solutions so do they get a lot hotter than my card? Or are their lower clocks or maybe less VRAM make it work?

I know these sort of GPU form factors are popular solutions here so if someone knows please:
how hot do these sort of cards get?

My Gigabyte GTX750TI LP seems to sit within reasonable thermal bounds - i imagine the cooler is just louder than the full height equivalent
