Motherboard Wake on Lan after Power failure with Deskmini X300

I would like to start my Deskmini x300 via wake on lan even after a power failure. The onboard lan interface does not seem to work. So I also tested a USB to LAN adapter. It gets power and the LED's are blinking, but the Deskmini doesn't start.

I use the BIOS L1.80A and Linux Mint 21.1.
I hope there is a solution for this.

The support has sent me a new BIOS. Version 1.80D.
So I can also start over Wake On Lan after a power failure.

I have testest 1.80E. WOL is not working after power failure. I am back to 1.80D.
