As I wait for my Ncase M1 to arrive here, I already have most of the parts picked out to go in it—though I won't buy them until I have the case in my hands. I think I've nailed down the list pretty well, but one thing is puzzling me. I've pretty well settled on a GTX 1060 6GB card, but not sure which one to get, and the main thing I'm pondering is fan types. I am considering…
  1. reference card, single blower fan.
  2. mini-card, single open fan.
  3. dual open fans.
I read somewhere that the reference card is recommended for these very small cases, because it expels hot air directly out the rear. However, the single open fan card would leave more room in the case for cables and for air circulation. Or does it even matter that much with a 1060, because it's not a super hot card anyhow? I see a lot of people putting a 1080 into cases this small.

1060 uses 130 watt, 1070 150 watt, 1080 190 watt. Don't underestimate the heat and noise it can produce in a small case. Plus If you want to oc the card you should go for the biggest card (heatsink) your case can fit.
