Hi, just found this forum searching for a chassis fan for my build shown here at tonymac86.
It has moved on to Catalina,Windows10 and Deepin Linux. I was running Folding@Home and it started getting very hot. That is how I found this great forum! Thank you for having me...

Welcome to the forum ! That's pretty SFF right there. I would have guessed the NH-L9i would be able to keep an i5-7500 (or i5-7600K ?) from throttling. Though maybe not much needs to be done to get it there, like downvolting it.
