In your previous post you mentioned that you didn't want to go over $100 for the case alone, and you prefer to use SFX PSU (
https://smallformfactor.net/forum/threads/any-good-cases-for-mini-itx-build-under-10-l.12809/). If now you are OK with going over $100 and using external power brick, then yes NFC S4 is good solution, but it won't fit your Ryzen R5 3600 stock cooler. I also see that your volume requirement has now shrunk.
We'd like to help you, but please state your (updated) requirements:
- what size of motherboard? (I assume it's still mini ITX)
- what size of GPU? dual slot? triple slot? full height? half height? single fan? dual fan? triple fan? (I assume it's still the same, MSI RTX 2060 ITX Aero)
- how many hard drives (3.5" / 2.5")? (I assume it's still the same, will be using M.2)
- what's the minimum CPU cooler height?
- preferred PSU type? SFX, ATX, Flex, Meanwell, etc?
- preferred case material (acrylic, aluminum, steel, etc)?
- case budget?
