Advice Smallest possible ITX Case with Low Profile GPU

Hello, I'm looking to build my first SFF build and my goal is to make it as small as possible.
What is the smallest possible ITX case I can buy that can fit a dedicated Low Profile GPU.

I am probably going for an RX 6400 since SL LP GTX 1650 is currently impossible to find.
I've read that the J hack pure mk2 is the smallest at 3.1 liters but maybe there are other alternatives?

Preference:
- Single slot low profile GPU if possible
- Internal PSU solution if possible

Specs (not final)
- Intel i5 12400f
- B660 ITX
- Low profile DDR4

sort of dependant on what cpu and motherboard you want. my personal smallest build with itx mobo and LP workstation gpu is 1.76L with external power brick. power brick is .4 to .5L
