Advice SFF Office Desktop

I want to build the best office desktop & best graphics possible at low watts power consumption and
smallest footprint.

Does this build work? Does it have enough power? Will it flip the breaker on a 15A 120v circuit?
Any suggestions?

If that's what you want, and can wait, lookup the ASRock X300M-STX. The 4000 series APUs will also be out in a month.

If you can't wait the ASRock A300 has been a great machine.
