SFF case with a 5.25 bay or 8x2.5 bays?

I'm wanting to build a little server with a mini-itx mobo, but I want to have 8x 2.5" SATA drives. I would like to find an SFF case that has an external 5.25 bay so that I can put one of these in to hold the drives. But I would also settle for an SFF case that can hold 8 2.5" drives internally. I've looked around but haven't found much. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Presently this thing is the front runner, but it is ugly af.
