From Anandtech. The existing XM1440 series m.2 SSDs are NVME so I would expect the 2TB version to be also. Pricing is unannounced, and these are not drives aimed at the consumer so will likely be difficult to get a hold of.

Those jumps in storage-on-a-stick are gaining momentum, this way people will reconsider storage, not just in 3,5" and 2,5" formats.
