Yes guys, Razer, the greenish tribal brand known more for his rgb and overpriced products released some updates in their laptops and well, watching Linus review these... the power adapters of their last ones (2016 models i think of their normal and pro types) were so slimmer and kinda compact.

So well, after a bit of researching, found the two more interesting and expensive of course, 150 and 250w slim models.

150W:

Product dimensions:
  • Length: 5.9" / 150mm
  • Width: 2.36" / 60mm
  • Height: 0.87" / 22mm

AC Input:
  • Input voltage range: 100V - 240V
  • Input current range: 2A maximum
  • Input frequency: 50 - 60Hz

DC Output:
  • Output voltage: 19V
  • Output current: 7.9A
  • Total: 150W
250W:

Product dimensions:

  • Length: 7.64" / 194mm
  • Width: 3.39" / 86mm
  • Height: 0.67" / 17mm
AC Input:

  • Input voltage range: 100V - 240V
  • Input current range: 3.4A maximum
  • Input frequency: 50 - 60Hz
DC Output:

  • Output voltage: 19V
  • Output current: 13.15A
  • Total: 250W
Did you guys know if these can be compatible(or adapted in some way) with the current HD-PLEX 7.4x5mm like the classic Dell 330w, Voodoo 350w, Dell 220W...

I´m only thinking about crazy build with these Adapters internally mounted in some SFF cases with HDplexe´s ;)

I wouldn't take my commentary as meaning they're of universally poor quality, but it's also a really expensive product to go tits up on you. Also I paid 150 USD for the 150W version and the 165W is priced the same. While it doesn't appear to actually be for sale yet, I shudder to think about how much that brick will run you. That being said, kudos to them for getting these things so thin.

not sure if resurrecting a old thread is good, but besides the price, does anyone have first hand experience with these ePSU?
or maybe some testing would even be better.

I used the 150W for a while. It ran cool and comfortably for a couple of months then died. I would say that I overloaded it, but I was running a GTX 950 and 4590T with a total power budget of like 100W. The 250W I haven't tried, but you could certainly do a lot more with it.
