Good news! My new printer parts arrived on Friday. SLS nylon is pretty cool. It's got a nice seamless satin finish, and is super light. Also, the Titan Aero and Trick Laser arms are awesome. Top notch build quality. As I mentioned before, I really was pretty happy with the results of my previous setup, but this should take it over the top. I didn't have a lot of time this weekend for assembly, but did manage to work on the changeover here and there. I got all the older parts off and actually took the time to reconfigure and clean up some of the wiring layout from initially putting the machine together.I'm hoping to have the printer up and running in a couple of days, and work on this project can continue. I'll update with some pics either tonight or tomorrow.
