The support material wasn't too bad to remove. A small file and X-Acto knife can clean it up. I did consider trying to mate 2 two printed pieces together, but the print failed in an area where matching the layers to a specific height would have been difficult. That brings me to a new issue.I'm still printing, however, I dropped a new roll of filament on yesterday to make sure it didn't run out while I was out of town overnight. I had the previous roll in the dehydrator and the new roll wasn't in it as long. Well the difference is unfortunately obvious... There's no way I'm going to reprint to match due to the time limitations, and the perfectionist in me can't allow it to remain as is. I don't think I'll have any choice but to sand. Can't win for losing!
