Well, looks like this is sort of "paid marketplace", you have to pay monthly fee...

Exactly that. It's a way to keep the sellers honest and traceable - $2 a month is nothing really to help us eliminate spammers, scammers and scum.

when I checked those rules it states something about bronze membership for $2
