Power issues???

Hey everyone,

Noob here and trying to get my Skyreach 4 mini to work properly. I have the build parts from the website except for a different RAM set:

Mobo- Asus Z270i
CPU- i7-7700
GPU- GTX 1060 mini
RAM- Corsair Vengeance 16gb
Power supply- HDPLEX 400w DC-DC PSU + DA330PM111

When I start up games like Modern Warfare and R6: Siege, the computer shuts down. I can typically get to the menu fine, but as soon as the game starts up, it's done. Could the different RAM being sucking up that much power? Any help is appreciated.

No, but your Dell brick may not be running in 330W mode, the latest 400W HDPLEX units with the moulded cable seem not to enable it.

well had my replacement hdplex arrive today quick test and its failling across 2 different systems at approx 230 watts,using 2 different new genuine dell powerbricks,the first one failed at 220 consistently across 3 different systems. dont know if its related but i noticed on the first the pcb...
