Ac dc is the easy part. There are several 19v GAN psu both sold as discrete products and as made by the major laptop manufacturers.

But show me a decent 19v dc-dc plugin unit. Doesn't exist besides the OOS hdplex 200

Tested!! and it puts out 19.3 volts with my SnapOn multimeter. The idea was to use this in this case but even with an Asrock X300tm Thin ITX board, the factory alumimum heatsink will have to come off the PS and the standoffs will have to be raised to a height above the thin ITX PCB, so they will not infringe. BTW, got Ventura running on this board, as well as Win 11 Pro. Lzmod 1U 1.8 liter case: This is a rendering off Ali Express it does not show my actual build. The listing alludes to a 225W Mingwei open PS but that is not available from the supplier and I believe that Mingwei is the Chinese name for Meanwell....
