I have just set up my a300 with a 2400g and the G.skill 3000 kit stable at rated timings https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820232309

I am finding the included CPU cooler does not seem to be cooperating with the PWM control on the motherboard. Does not seem to run at any less than 2200rpm.
