Hi, finally getting back to my sff project. Bought an eight pin to 4 pin adapter to connect my da-2 to a pico power supply. So I basically swapped the black ground with the yellow 12V. I removed the pin on the eight pin side of the adapter that should coordinate with the sense pin on the da-2. I still have 7 pins attached. Does that sound like it will work? Thanks in advance for any help...

I have an 8 pin to 4 pin (4 pin goes to 4 pin female on pico psu) adapter with all 4 pins on top going to ground and all 12v on the bottom ( minus the sense pin) will that work? I see guys making a jumper to the remote from ground but wondering if the same result can be done with just a regular old wire.
