Hi everyone, I’m looking for advice from someone who understands electronics.

For a while now, I’ve had a PC and the guts of an M1 Mac Mini inside a Ghost S1 case and I was quite happy, but now I want to go further and I’m building a 3D printed case as compact as possible.

This PC will be powered by an HD Plex 250 GaN, and my question is, if it´s possible to power the mac mini too somehow.

The Mac Mini power supply juice 12V to the PCB. I know the Mac Mini can be powered from external power supply with some mods on the cable and some DC converter,

Thank you :)

Just split the AC line going in into 2 for HdPlex and mac mini. Unless you really don't want to use the original mac mini power supply

Hi Gilido,

I don't want to use the original mac mini psu.
After thinking what I want, I think It would be a mess because the PS_ON Signal. I think It's impossible to manage two computers with the same psu if I want to power on and off independently
