After following several of confusis' cancelled plans with the jonsbo C2 case, i have decided to refresh my Paper cutz rig. (rightly named since I got small cuts on my knuckles and forearm after working in the case)

Following confusis' idea with the top vent gap and using a tower cooler, I've ditched the SFX psu, m-itx mb, and the low profile cooler. This case isn't suitable for a high TDP gpu so I used a 750ti and G3258 setup I had around. I didn't check the power consumption but this is powered with a 150w pico psu.

G3258 4ghz oc
Asrock h81M-HDS
750ti
2x4gb 1400mhz
150w picopsu with 150w delta brick

Very nice work. :)

Regarding my failures, I just think I have too much TDP and too highh an ambient for this case to cope :/

I gutted an old psu and used that as a ventilation grill instead of paper.
I had to go back to stock clocks since the system reboots during high gpu loads (furmark), if the cpu is oc'ed.
Plus, I think the picopsu overheats during long stress tests.

G3258 stock 3.2GHz undervolt at 0.873v
furmark only 108w
occt only uses 58w
occt and furmark combined 125w

4.2GHz oc at 1.296v
occt cpu uses 106w

A list of my build on the C2:

Jonsbo C2
Corsair SF450
Asrock B95M-DGS
Intel Celeron G1840
Silverstone AR-06
Apacer 2x2g DDR3 1333mhz
PCIe 1000m LAN card
Kingston 120g SSD
2x WD 3tb drives (mirrored)
Windows 10 Pro

I'm using it as a Plex Server and storage for files from my workstation. Since cloud services here are difficult to access, I also back it up on there and let it sync with the cloud as it's connected to a VPN.

nice, the 450w sfx psu in there is overkill thou.

My picopsu isn't overheating. I think the problem is with my 150w power brick. It works fine after I swapped it with a 120w brick. OC speeds are now at 3.8GHz at 1.02v.
I also got an actual ATX PSU plate to cover the PSU area.
