Need help! CPU temps

I just built a new system and after a couple hours of gaming rainbow six siege it leveled out at around 77 degrees, I then played 4 rounds of apex legends where my nzxt cam software did not show up, when I opened siege again, the temps were shown around 95-100 and now that I’m back from a two hour break my idle temp is at 40-50 on full blast with the cooler instead of 37-39 with normal cpu fan curve. And I’m really confused and concerned , any tips?

Btw, i think i solved it, the turbo setting in the bios was turned on setting the clock speed at 4600MHz rather than 3600MHz
