Other MXM to PCIe Extender?

Hey Guys,

A question for some of our more technical users out there. Is it possible to make a simple MXM 3.0B to PCIe 16x riser card or ribbon? I'm not sure whether these two sockets are electrically similar and simply using different pinouts or whether they are incompatible without a more complex solution. I've found one adapter out there that does this, but it's apparently a dead project. Any advice people can offer would be greatly appreciated.

Hmm spec sheet is showing pretty much PCIe with more display data routing lines. I'd say its possible, but with a quick google search I couldn't find anything already available. You would probably have to design and make the cable/adapter yourself.

Been litteraly searching for ..... years . Could it be extender or MXM to PCIe adapters, nothing exists. Found a few industrial products close to this, but it was MXM to proprietary industrial bus.
