[USER=23814]@mjerrett[/USER] , sorry for the wrong info earlier - GPU fans do not spin at 100% if constant power is connected to the GPU with a separate power supply and with the computer turned off.I connected my Dell DA-2 12V PSU directly to my GPU as per this post by nando4 - GPU fans did not spin when the computer was off.
