M1 price affected?

If the US's proposed new tariff (25% on steel, 10% on aluminum) comes into effect, will it affect the price of an M1 case?
If it does, will it only affect buyers in the US but not buyers in other countries?

According to that, the US only imports only 4% (steel). Or is the M1 Chinese-manufactured?

I believe that that M1 in manufactured by Lian Li, Taiwan and it shouldn't be affected.
