GPU Low profile GPU with HDMI 2.1?

My ASUS 1650 Low Profile has been treating me well for my LAN party and HTPC rig, but I recently got a new 4k 120hz TV at home and really bummed I can't use this with the higher refresh rate, as it only supports HDMI 2.0b, 4k at 60hz.

Any news or rumors about 75w low profile parts with HDMI 2.1? I don't really need more performance but I'd love to support higher refresh!

The Radeon RX6400 has HDMI 2.1. Low profile ones are available in both single and dual slot. Performance wise, it should be very similar to your GTX 1650
