Kolink Rocket Airflow Noise through GPU side panel

I've just built a PC using the Kolink Rocket case. My GPU is an RX 480 and when the fan kicks in I get a very noticeable whistle through the side panel holes. It is not present if I remove the side panel.

Anyone come across this in SFF builds? Any suggestions or solutions?
