There's an interesting article up on Videocardz based on a live stream by MSI.

MSI tested the batch of i5, i7, and i9 CPUs they received from Intel and have showed the results of their testing regarding overclockability, power consumption, VRM temps, etc.

I'm a little surprised that almost a third of the CPUs are "below standard". Looks like the i9-10900 are your best bet by a large margin if you plan to overclock.

That is just binning. I think it makes sense that buying an i9-10900 has a higher chance of landing a 'golden' chip as a higher model is more likely to be overclocked by a buyer than a lower model.
