Prototype i am designing an sff case and i cant figure out the gpu slot position in comparison to the IO port cutout

As the title says i am struggling to figure out the GPU cutout position in comparison to the io port cutout. i am doing the back panel of the case currently. i am using a resource that shows the different sizes of motherboards with a gpu connected, aswell as the position of the io port cutout. could someone please help me figure out where to put the gpu cutout on the back panel of my design?
