Yes,but sometimes i dont believe them cause last time i building my budget pc.they give me the low watts power supply like 300w only

Actually, for the spec you mentioned in the first post, I also estimate around 300 watt. That's why I said 450 watt should be plenty :)

You can build something like GTX 1070 and i7/r7 with 300w. But the reason most of the time why people go with high wattage PSUs is that they think that something like 450w is too low or they just want their PSU to run quietly.

Maybe I'm way off here, but the 750ti was designed to run off the PCIe slot (75W). Even with an OC edition, I can't imagine the card would pull more than 90W. The i3 likely pulls around 55W depending on the age. I think you could probably run the system off an HDPlex 160W AC-DC and DC-ATX combo.

wattage calculators like from pcpartpicker and coolermaster usually give you a good amount of overhead.

It depends on your choice of i3, but with a 65w CPU you are looking at 125 watt 3D average with the 750ti, according to my testing. I used the EVGA 750ti SC for these tests. I am missing the peak data from all these as it is a legacy card and I just have a whiteboard...I plan to make a spreadsheet...one of these days. XD

This was my travel system for quite some time though, and it was run off the Pico 160XT and 192w Adaptec brick.
