So I got a 3080 TUF OC and the specified dimensions got me super confused. Its height is supposed to be 126.9mm but when I measure it, it's a lot higher. I'm starting to think that they forgot to include the part that protrudes at the bottom right of the card.

I'm also not quite sure where to start measuring, does the height include the PCI connector at all or not? I've seen different things being mentioned while searching for it. In short, should I measure using the red, green or blue line?

If Asus has been consistent, none of the 3 shown in your pic is used.
Rather, it is the 'yellow' in the pic (ie from lowest point of the pcie connector to the highest point of the card)

Then the numbers specified by Asus are off, as I get about 140mm when I measure the yellow line. It would seem they measured using the red line.

That is actually good news because it means my next case will have more GPU height clearance than I thought!
