I think something's not working quite right on your system because my system benchmarks faster using 2666MHz memory (with same CPU). I get read/write of 37/39 and a time of 171.One possibility is that there are ECC errors that are being corrected: check in Event Viewer > Windows Logs > System. Then do Filter Current Log with an Event source of WHEA-Logger.Another possibility is that FCLK is mismatched. HWINFO shows this as Infinity Fabric Clock. You want this to be the same as the memory clock (e.g. 1600MHz if you are running your RAM at 3200MHz).
