Wow! What a friendly welcome. I feel more at home here than my own families house at Xmas (in fairness I'm allergic to the cat which always makes me feel unwelcome and sneezy)

In all seriousness, thank you very much indeed!

For those wondering, I'm currently rocking at Ncase, with a 5820k, cooled by a H105 (with the Asetek ILM adaptor), the AsRock X99-e and a 980ti. However, having just sold my Rift, I'm currently looking at downgrading as I just don't need that level of power on tap and where's there's a opportunity to go smaller..... you know what we do.

Edit: Also @Phuncz - my Avatar is the work of Esao Andrews, you can find his website here - this particular pic is some work he did for the band Circa Survive for the album 'Blue Sky Noise'

I feel you could definitely get smaller and keep about the same performance level depending on budget. Definitely nothing wrong with downsizing and putting money in better spots, though.

You I right - I could - but lately I've only been playing 3 games - none of which require a supercomputer (Mechwarrior Online which is CPU limited, BF1 which is also CPU limited and very well optimised, and Grim Dawn which is built on the Titan Quest engine which is very, very old) - and it'll be nice to get some money back from the current rig.

My money is going into the S4 Chassis, though the sale of the Ncase should mostly cover that. I've also got a few other interesting bits and pieces up my sleeve which should make the build interesting for you guys.

Hi @Parge, nice to see more Bit-Tech-ers turning up!

Hello mate. I see Guille Acoustic is already here too.

Hi @Parge, good to see you round these parts. I recognised Guillle & Edz from B-T but not sure if there are other lurkers...
Selling your M1? Moving on down....;)
Seems like I'm following you down the rabbit hole; I've been sporting a Parvum ITX for a couple of years, having been inspired by yours amongst others.
I am lusting after an NCase, but the wallet is weak for buying new. I have an interminable case mod on the go at ~17L which will take ITX or 'slim' mATX (the narrow sort with 2 DIMM slots) and an SFX PSU.
I'll document it one day, same as I haven't posted pics of the Parvum, as it's a pain to photograph in white/frost
Anyway, interested to hear you're looking S4 wards
