It might be a tad difficult to see in this picture but Gigabyte is releasing an updated version of their RTX 4090 Windforce with a new 12-pin power cable placement. The cable is now recessed, and rotated 90 degrees. This aligns the plug along the length of the card, and reduces the height of the cooler. For SFF users, it will be quite useful, and will allow for better placement of GPUs without having to resort to low profile or right-angle adapters. Also included is an anti-sag bracket.
