Looking for input/experience. Thinking of replacing my Mac Mini M2Pro, the RAM config in the Mini is falling short ...and thinking of replacing it with the Framework Desktop given I can get a ton more RAM for the same price (even buying Apple Refurb). Aiming at the 395+ config with 64GB, or maybe 128GB (given it is non-upgradeable); rolling my own storage and fan (Noctua A12 G2)...and also running Bazzite linux on it.
Would mostly be a productivity/content box (loads of web browser tabs), also 3D printer slicing.
