Hello Everyone,
I have 2 questions before i make the purchases for the M1. My plan is to utilize existing parts that i have (i5-6600k, MSI Duke 1080 TI, AsRock Fatility itx mobo) in my build.

1. Does anyone know if the MSI Duke 1080 Ti w/ the accelero xtreme iii w/ Noctua NF-A12x15 120mm Fans will fit the M1 Case? The majority of the length on the stock card is from the huge cooler, i could measre the cards board but that would require full disesembly and not working pc.

2. I plan on using a Corsair H100i Pro AIO w/ (2) Noctua NF-A12x25 120mm Fans. Will a standard size Noctua 92mm (NF-A9 25mm thickness) fan fit on the rear exhaust or will i need to purchase the 14mm low profile fan?

Thank you for your time,
Justin

1. Irrespective of the cooler, the Duke's PCB is too tall.

2. 25mm won't fit. 14mm might. Depends on the radiator's end tanks and which orientation you install it in.

Any ballpark ETA of restock for Silver M1 cases?

We're still finalizing V6. Right now it's looking like June-ish.
Has anyone tried using the gigabyte aorus rtx 2080 ti xtreme waterforce? See below for the card specs that i could find, i can't find any info on the rad size other than it's a 240mm.

Card size

  • L=290 W=131.05 H=40.41 mm

On paper the card should fit, the trouble is that the tubing isn't included in the width. For that you'll have less than 10mm to the side panel, so it's probably not going to fit.

Thank you for your quick replies. Top notch service. Look like i'll stick to air cooling the GPU.

There are other hybrid cards that will fit - they just have to be reference-sized, rather than oversized cards like that Gigabyte.
