Do you think a Dynatron K129 without a fan strapped on would be enough for an i7 8700K?

Heatsink only? Absolutely not. The heatsink is actually quite slim and the fins are very close together to take advantage of the high rate of airflow that the blower fan provides.

How much airflow in a fan do you think I need? Also, what do you think is the smallest cooler I can use for this? I'm trying to find something under 35mm.

I think you're going to have a mighty hard time finding anything that can cool an 8700K comfortably at 35mm or less. The L9i handles the 7700K at stock frequencies, but not with a lot of wiggle room. Considering how much more heat the 8700K looks to put off, I'm not sure any of the current crop can handle that. I am about half way through testing virtually all of the <50mm coolers on the market and most of them have significant issues cooling a stressed 7700K.

Are there any ways I can transfer the heat to a little space next to my motherboard (90ishmm x 90ishmm)?

Can you give us a picture of that space with correct measurements, so we can work out a solution?

A lot of ideas come to my mind, but i need to see how the given space looks, in order to recommend something.

I have that heatsink. Its pretty worthless trying to cool my 6700k without airflow. If I had to guess, it's only handling like 15 watts. The fins are just too close together.
If air could be forced down the length of the fins I believe it could make a good cooler.

That sounds like an awesome idea. Post build pics please.
I'm still in the design phase... But, I should have everything done by the time Volta comes out. BIFURCATION. I'm just wondering, how long has it been since you changed your name?

Like a year or so?
Knowing me, probably. I tend to design stuff, and not make anything...

I was looking through my design, and I realized that I made the Flex ATX models 220mm, because I was looking at the longer units, but now that I can put two in, I realized that I have so much clearance above the extra space beside the motherboard...

Also, I'm just wondering, do you know what fan the FSP 500-FSPT has. I'm going to see if I can mod it depending on the airflow.

I don't actually have the unit anymore as I sent it to @iFreilicht months ago. Perhaps he can answer the question for you.

I can indeed:
