Motherboard Deskmini X300 Mainboard Flex / Bend on VRM Side

When replacing my tg conductonaut on my deskmine X 300 , for a tg kryosheet I noticed some bending/ flexing on the deskmini mainboard, after I tightened my Noctua NH L 9a. Anyone of you hade the same? What do you think about it? I am afraid that soldered components could get damaged over time.

There's no backplate on these boards so they bend if you over-tighten the screws.

The Noctua NH L9A I used has its own Backplate for AM 4 and it still bend a little bit like 1,5 - 2 mm.
