It's a stand by Seneca AV, but good luck finding one.
They seem to be impossible to find now. I bought mine in 2015.

Sorry, completely forgot about updating with that info.
I cut it down to being roughly flush with the end of the pcb, notched it by about 5mm to clear the upper support for the front panel, and drilled a small hole in the shroud to clear the front panel mounting screw.
No pci bracket
It also has a specific order to install it by:
remove shroud
Remove pci bracket
Install gpu GPU pcb and heatsink into case
Install shroud, angling it in front of case to rear
Screw shroud to gpu

It's changed a tiny amount since I took these but it's roughly the same.

thinking about moving to a flex atx case. Nothing is wrong with the brick or anything, Just wanting to change it up and feeling like it'd be nice to have everything in one box again.
