The Corsair terminal design I used to create a straight low profile G1/4 terminal for my watercooled S4M.
I submitted it to be laser cut in 3 layers and then used JBWeld 4 to adhere the layers together.
The layer with the G1/4 terminal holes must also be tapped using a G1/4 tap (I used this one).

The G1/4 terminal layer should be 5.6mm and the other two can be thinner at 3mm.

Awesome job! Thank you so much for sharing! May I know what the specs are for the three screws? Looks like the middle one is a bit smaller than the outside ones.

Hi there - sorry for the delay. The screw in the middle is M3, and the outer two are M4.
I've been toying with a 3d printed version (using high temp resistant ASA filament) of this module that could be a lot more compact. I'll post once I'm done and have it working the way it needs to.

I need to do a different design (lowering the dimension from PCIe slot to top of terminal/connectors) but would love to pick your brains at some stage.
