Most importantly, the photo depicts two sets of CPU 8 pin cables and clearly there are connectors for four cables: two sets of PCIe and two EPS. This is the second SFX PSU with dual EPS connectors after the InWin CS-700W -- of course this is 750W and Platinum and the CS-700W had both 8 pin on a single cable with just 10cm between the connectors which might not be enough, this one has separate cables. The 180 USD price is quite reasonable -- the 800W Silverstone SFX-L is 200-ish and the InWin is roughly 150 USD equivalent RMB before the hassle of importing it.
It's a passive PSU up to 300W which I suspect some will find alluring.
It is one of the densest PSUs with 945W / litres, only some Flex / 1U PSUs beat it.
