he also didn't claim radiator support, just fans. 2x120mm on the bottom and top, 2x140mm on the side (with vented panel), 92mm on the back. i do wonder if you seal it up well that using a 'passive' radiator (or two) might be viable.
Generally when people use 240mm and 280mm in cooling, it's not refered to as a fan arrangement, but a radiator arrangement, so I get the confusion. It would have been clearer by saying "[4x 120mm] or [2x 120mm + 2x 140mm] fans supported, in addition to the rear 1x 92mm fan".
