I built this little computer and I was wondering what's the correct way to unplug it since i'll bring it with me often.

What do you mean? If you're using an external brick, just unplug it like a normal power cable (Make sure your PC is off!)

so I unplug it from the wall or directly from the computer?

(the computer is off ofcourse lol but since the mobo light are still on, I was wondering what was the right way to unplug it without damaging he hd plex or the other component..)

It's fine either way, but the best way would be from the wall first, then from the DC jack--but the jack is designed to prevent shorts.
